Who owns the TorBox account?: You do. We manage the subscription and billing on your behalf through TorBox's official Account Manager program, but the account, its data, and its API token are yours.
What can I use the account with?: Anything TorBox supports — their website, their apps, or any third-party tool that accepts a TorBox API token. What you plug it into is entirely your choice.
What does it cost?: Your chosen TorBox plan at its regular price, plus our flat $3/month management fee. Nothing else — no setup fee, no cancellation fee.
How do I cancel?: Email us any time. We stop renewing your account at the end of the paid period — no lock-in, no cancellation fee.
