What we collect

• Contact details — the email address you use with us, so we can manage your account and reach you about it.
• Billing records — payment status for your managed subscription. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
• Account references — the identifiers needed to manage your TorBox account through the vendor program (account ID and API token).

What we don't do

• We don't access or monitor the contents or activity of your TorBox account.
• We don't sell or share your information with third parties, except TorBox itself (to create and manage your account) and our payment processor (to bill you).
• We don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

Retention and deletion

We keep your records while your managed account is active. When you cancel, we delete your stored account references after the final billing period closes. You can request deletion of everything we hold about you at any time.
