1. What DockKey does

DockKey ("we", "us") is an account management service. We create and manage TorBox accounts on behalf of our clients under TorBox's official vendor program: we set up your account, keep its subscription paid and renewed, and provide you with your account credentials and API token.

2. Your account

• The TorBox account we provision for you is for your individual use.
• You are responsible for how you use your account and for complying with TorBox's own Terms of Service.
• We never access the contents of your account except as needed to create, renew, or close it at your request.

3. Billing and cancellation

• You pay us a recurring management rate that covers your TorBox subscription plus our service fee.
• You may cancel at any time by contacting us; your account remains active until the end of the period already paid, after which it is not renewed.
• If your payment lapses, your managed account may be deactivated after a short grace period.

4. Service limits

We are an independent service and are not TorBox. Availability of TorBox's platform is governed by TorBox, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of their services. Our responsibility is limited to the account management services we provide, up to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use a managed account in violation of applicable law or TorBox's terms. We may terminate management of an account used in breach of these terms.
